Pentera Is Full-Conference Sponsor of NCPP Oct. 3-5 in New Orleans

Leading planned-giving marketing firm Pentera, Inc., gives back to the planned-giving community by serving as the full-conference sponsor of the nation's leading conference on planned giving. Next week's National Conference on Philanthropic Planning (NCPP) will be held Oct. 3-5 in New Orleans.

The conference is hosted by the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning (PPP), which is based in Indianapolis–as is Pentera–and which recently welcomed a new president and CEO, Michael Kenyon.

"The planned-giving industry has undergone a tremendous amount of change in recent years," says Pentera president and CEO Claudine A. Donikian. "And since 'change' is one of Pentera's core corporate values, we as a company wanted to give back to our industry, help champion this change, and also welcome the new leadership through a full-conference sponsorship."

Pentera will have a team of professionals on site, including Ms. Donikian, JD, MBA, a national planned-giving marketing expert who also is a member of the Direct Marketing Association's Digital Innovation Committee. Ms. Donikian will introduce the speakers for the opening and closing plenary sessions at the conference.

Everyone is invited to stop by Pentera's booth in the exhibit hall and learn about the latest technologies and cross-channel marketing strategies that work. Discover more about the innovative "Pentera PGMarketer Campaign for Bequests," which was devised and created by Ms. Donikian for Cornell University and increased the university's response rate from 45 to 450+. The campaign was presented at the Direct Marketing Association's Nonprofit Federation's Showcase Poster Gallery of Breakthrough Fundraising Campaigns by her associate, Sean Hildreth, in New York City in July.

NCPP offers more than 40 practical education sessions on charitable giving, plus an exhibit hall full of vendors featuring useful tools. Experts from around the nation will lead workshops with fascinating titles such as:

• I Love You But I Don't Trust You: Dealing with Donor Restrictions
• The Widow, Her CPA, and The C-Corporation: A Gift Study
• Transforming Things in the Attic to Sought After Donations
• Yikes! Finding and Fixing Self-Dealing
• Unlocking Your Donors' Non-cash Treasure Chests
• The Seven Secrets of Successful Solicitations

Pentera takes great pride in sponsoring NCPP and is thrilled to give back to the planned-giving industry as it navigates this exciting change. "All of us at Pentera look forward to the NCPP every year to visit with our valued clients and friends," remarks Doug Weaver, vice president of Pentera. "Having the opportunity to see so many clients in such a fun and stimulating atmosphere is really the highlight of the year for us."
