Webinar 3/21: Pamela Jones Davidson, J.D., “Life Stage Plans That Benefit People Who Do Not Have Taxable Estates – MOST OF US!”

The high threshold for federal estate taxes means fewer people are estate planning these days. But in this new Pentera webinar, Pamela Jones Davidson, J.D., explains why that’s a mistake. In her upbeat and entertaining style, Pamela discusses the many life stage gifts that provide individuals and couples meaningful quality-of-life, income, and tax advantages. She’ll also talk about how charitable gift planners can best “cast their line” for repeatable and advantageous gift opportunities.

Benefits of this session:

  • Learn about specific life stage gift opportunities, such as
    • Converting low-yielding investments into charitable gift annuities (CGAs).
    • Using under-performing stocks or real estate to fund an income plan, even donating a home or vacation home to charity while maintaining continued use of the property.
  • Find out how gift planners can help prospective donors understand the advantages of an estate plan that includes charitable giving.

You can register for the 1 p.m. ET Webinar here.
