Webinar 6/17: William Samers, "All About the Planned Giving Ask"

On June 17, Pentera presents the Webinar, "All About the Planned Giving Ask," featuring William Samers, vice president of planned giving and endowments at UJA-Federation of New York.

You can register for the 1 p.m. ET Webinar here.

"One of the largest challenges for planned giving and development officers is asking for a planned gift from donors because it often requires a different strategy than traditional solicitations," Samers says. "This presentation will help you navigate into the position to make more asks and provide you with various tools to make more successful asks. And it will offer strategies to move the gift from an ask to completion."

The presentation is in seven sections:

  1. Setting up the ask
  2. Who to ask
  3. When to ask
  4. Ways to ask
  5. Tools to assist the ask
  6. What to ask for
  7. After the ask
