The vast majority of planned giving departments have continued soliciting gifts during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a recent Pentera survey about stewardship and marketing during the pandemic.
The Pentera survey was conducted in early May as a second phase of research following a series of interviews that Pentera CEO Claudine Donikian conducted with other industry experts. The survey is analyzed in two in-depth whitepapers, one on stewardship and the other on marketing.
