CGA Rates: Steady As She Goes!
Charitable Gift Annuity rates are staying at the levels established in January 2012, the American Council on Gift Annuities (ACGA) has decided.
The ACGA met on tax day April 15 as part of a continual monitoring process of CGA rates. The board voted to make no changes after reviewing the assumptions underlying the rates. The rates remain the same until further notice.
Rates for an immediate gift annuity for one person include:
• 4.4% at age 60
• 5.1% at age 70
• 6.8% at age 80
